Dona is a licensed Realtor in the State of Iowa and is an assistant to Kari Lepic-Juhl.

Since 2015, Dona has specialized in residential real estate throughout the Iowa City Metro area. Her knowledge, competence and dedication have allowed her to manage my office environment by serving as my assistant in meeting my client's needs.

Her passion for real estate and her compassion for what clients' experience have made her invaluable. Dona's strengths lie in creatively analyzing, negotiating, marketing and problem-solving client requests and providing information on their home buyer and seller journey. She is an excellent listener and communicator, with an abundance of patience and enthusiasm, and meticulously guides my clients through each step of the buying and selling process through proactively addressing concerns and questions.

Dona holds a BA in Human Services and has worked in the technology, banking and health care industries, and brings her talents and experience with developing trusting relationships, listening, and comprehending each client's unique circumstances to the real estate industry.
